1. Definitions
“Controller” refers to the customer. “Processor” refers to Tanzaibiz. “Personal Data” refers to any identifiable information processed through the ERP.
2. Roles
- The Controller determines the purpose of data processing.
- The Processor processes data only on documented instructions from the Controller.
3. Processor Obligations
Tanzaibiz agrees to:
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Ensure confidentiality of personnel handling data
- Assist the Controller with data subject requests
- Notify the Controller of any data breach without undue delay
- Delete or return data upon termination of services
4. Sub‑Processors
Tanzaibiz may use third‑party providers for hosting, analytics, or support. All sub‑processors must meet equivalent data protection standards.
5. International Transfers
Any cross‑border data transfers will follow applicable legal safeguards.
